BRASWELL: Fig Preserve, 11.5 oz

In 1946 Braswell started their family business with this recipe which continues to be its best-seller. Carefully selected figs from the Central Valley are combined with pure cane sugar and gently cooked until they acquire a honey-like texture which is highlighted with chunks of tender figs. Use Braswell's Fig Preserve on cheese trays, in baked goods, or as a spread for a warm biscuit.

INGREDIENTS: Figs, cane sugar, pectin, citric acid and lemon juice concentrate.
