In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days upon receiving the product.
For health and safety reasons, and to protect our suppliers’ efforts in manufacturing quality products, we only accept returns that are in original, unopened, undamaged, and unmarked condition.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Our customer service team will get back to you to let you know if your refund request has been approved, and provide instructions on where tho ship your return.

Once our warehouse receives your return and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed on the original payment method you used for the purchase.
Damaged and Defective Products
If the product is damaged or opened, or if you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed since you've received the product, you will not be eligible for a refund.
